Udi’s Gluten Free Breakfast

I think perhaps I have mentioned that I am not much of a morning person.
I mean, I am all for morning happening except I really wish I could just stay in my bed, asleep for most of it.
But of course having three kids and living a full life does not allot for that type of schedule.
So, breakfast and coffee to the rescue!
Thankfully, Udi’s has some amazing gluten free breakfast products that both me and my kids really, really like.
A box of 4 blueberry muffins lasts about 2.3 minutes around here.
And the bagels go great with cream cheese or a fried egg on top.  I should know.
Plus us Texas folk like eggs in a tortilla like no others and the gluten free ones taste JUST like the “regular” ones to me.  Perfect!

Also, we like crunchy stuff in our yogurt (and the three-year old is addicted to fruit) so the cranberry granola is a wonderful addition to her favorite vanilla.  I prefer the blueberry crunch with cashews, personally.

And if you are in a hurry and do not have time to make eggs to go on top of tasty bagels you can always grab a granola bar on-the-go.  You know, a chocolate chip one.  Or, if your kids are anything like mine they eat the muffin first and then make the granola bar their “second breakfast”.

Yes, I live with hobbits.

Actually, Udi’s makes so many yummy breakfast foods that we could probably live off of their gluten free products traditionally meant for morning, well… all day long!

So, which is your favorite?

*I was sent a box of Udi’s Gluten Free products to try and review and product coupons.  No other compensation was received for this post and all opinions are my own.
