WW – Wordless OR Wordful… Whatever.

This is me and my paternal Grandmother, pictured 15 years ago after my final choir preformance as a senior in high school. I was so proud that she was there to hear me sing and see me “in action.” It was a first.

My “Granny” hailed from a teensy town in south Texas and didn’t leave very often. But this night she came to see me. She was the grandparent I was closest to. I miss her. I also missed her birthday last week, as in I forgot about it. She would’ve been 101.
I was barely pregnant with The B Man when she passed away just a few weeks shy of her 96th birthday. But of course the wonderful memories I have of her live on in me forever.
I will probably post more about her in the next week or two just because… well, because I want to.
