WW – Oh Target, You Crack Me Up!

For some reason I find humor in many of the ads I see for Target in the various magazines to which I subscribe. Obviously they are catching my attention but it’s not like I need any more motivation to want to shop at their store. I mean really people, I should have stock. Okay, maybe not in today’s market. But you get my meaning.

Does anyone remember this post about another one of their ads? If you don’t or didn’t read it the first time, you should. It still cracks me up. The ad that is. I’ll wait….

Okay, now that you’re back, here’s another one for my (and your) viewing and critiquing pleasure.

Looks pretty boring right? Some cleaning supplies, a little clean water, a few medications. Fine.

Soooo, as far as I can see they want you to shop at their store to buy all these cleaning supplies and then after you get home and use them, thus stirring up all the dust in your house, you’re gonna need some Zyrtec to make yourself feel all better after your house-cleaning extravaganza (sorry for the major run-on). And then of course you’ll need to wash it down with some purified water because you wouldn’t want anymore minuscule particles getting into your body after you just breathed in millions of them and took your Zyrtec. Now wouldja?

Oh and don’t forget to take some Advil too, after that muscle in your arm that you only use when you clean (once a month or so…) starts aching sometime later that night…

So my advice? Don’t clean. It will only make you sneeze, ache and spend EVEN MORE money at Target. You’re welcome.

P.S. Congrats to Wendy @ Ruen’s On The Run who won the Past Post Parade giveaway from last week. Yay Wendy!

P.P.S. I’ll have another giveaway tomorrow so come back and check it out!
