WW – Halloween (Past) Edition

For The B Man’s first Halloween we were gifted with this awesome chicken costume from Tim’s Dad and his wife, Diane. She worked for Old Navy at the time and despite being a little big, I think it “fit” him quite well.

I even had professional pictures done of him in it and sent out Halloween photo cards that will provide much humiliation for him in years to come, I’m sure. (I’d post a pic but the scanner isn’t set up and I only have so much time here…)

So, without further ado, here is our little chicken boy from 2004. Can’t you tell he just LOVES it? Let’s just all pretend, mkay?

I dont’ care, he was adorable and not crying so it’s all good.

And I would be remiss if I did not mention that last night my boys watched “It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown” and it brought back MANY memories of my childhood, when I use to watch the very same thing each year during the week of Halloween. I still love Linus and his sweet innocence, just hanging out in the pumpkin patch all night, EVERY. SINGLE. year. You just don’t find dedication like that anymore. But the whole WWI flying ace that Snoopy does…. well, I STILL don’t get it. OH well, guess some things never change.

Thank goodness.

Happy (early) Halloween all!
