It’s A Small Bloggy World After All

I don’t remember how I came across the blog 4 Little Men (probably through Kami (?)) – but she has a list of Boy Momma bloggers on her site and after adding myself to the list, I started reading a few of them, including Mommee and Her Boys. (Gee – how many blogs can you link to in one sentence!?) I am going somewhere with this, by the way… So keep up!

Anyway, M&HB has quite a few good blogs on her blogroll too and I started reading Momology. Christina takes WONDERFUL and artistic photos of her daughter and writes some pretty lovely words to go with them as well. I found myself going back just to get my photo fix. (And to prove my point, check out her finalist status in this contest over at 5 Minutes for Mom. Go vote!)

On one of her posts not too long ago I commented that I wished she could come to Texas and take pictures of me and my family. She replied saying she was in Texas and asked where I lived. I replied with my location and low and behold she lives in the EXACT SAME city!!! Is this nuts or what?!

We have yet to meet in person but that will all change soon because she has agreed to photograph my family later this month. I am SO excited!!

So, can I just say that it really is a small bloggy world? I mean this proves it! And to top it all off… she’s given me this sweet award.

How cute is that? Thanks Christina!!

Now I get to pass it on to a few bloggy peeps.

Don Mills Diva – Kelly’s writing is so very eloquent and expressive and I love to read her posts.

Seeking Sanity – Kathryn has one more boy than me and I love to read about the adventures of her family. It’s nice to know that having 3 boys (ahhh!) is OK and a lot of fun!

Anna at Borderline Bonkers – I found this one through Kami (noted above) and I just love her posts. More great photography, wonderful art and craft projects to go googly eyes over. Lots of inspiration.

Thanks ladies, for making my day – a lot!

It was a pretty good day all around today. Although the kitchen isn’t done yet and after seeing all the new stuff we’ve decided we probably have to change the wall color and a couple of other things. Does it ever end? Guess not. Someday it will be done… right?
