Have you even been told you look like someone?  Maybe someone’s sister or aunt or even a celebrity?

Well last week I had two people from COMPLETELY different parts of my life tell me I look like a woman in a cereal commercial.  So of course I had to check this out because apparently this woman is my doppelganger or something.

Okay, here’s the commercial.   Pay special attention to the very blonde lady.  She’s me.

Now here I am trying to replicate said commercial.  With some Kix (you know, because they are mother tested and kid approved)(or the other way around, whatever).

So, I wanna know who is still in the “Elaine looks like that chick” camp because I myself am not but maybe I just cannot see it because I know that well, she is not me.

Plus she definitely has a different accent than me.

Anyway, just curious what the rest of you think…

Here’s another video I just have to share because I can watch it no less than 5 times in a row, at a time.  My kids love it too.

I mean the title is “I don’t even know”.  EXACTLY.

p.s. Father’s Day was good.  The man had all his favorite foods and let’s just say he makes a mean Ruben sandwich and pot roast!  (what? HE likes to cook!) Plus he got to play candy crush all he wanted… 😉

  6. Hmm… I don’t think you look anything alike other than the blond hair of similar lengths. You are WAY cuter and approximately 80 years younger.
    Also? I like your commercial WAY better.

  9. I totally see it, although upon watching your version I came to 2 conclusions: you are cuter AND you look a bit like Jen (@thenextmartha).

    And that “I don’t even know” video? I just died laughing. I don’t even know.

  10. There is a resemblance but you need to put hoop type earrings on. We have a neighbor would could double for a guy in a popular funny ad. I don’t even remember who the ad was for. He had many people send him copies of the ad. Too bad you couldn’t get a cut of the ad money.

    And WTF?! is going on in that other video.

  14. Okay, I *do* see the resemblance, but I don’t think it looks like your twin…but I get it. You need to get a cut of that sweet, sweet commercial money.
