Awww!! Baby feet πŸ™‚ I always was scared of trimming toe nails. I eventually did it, but with a lot of apprehension! lol Little feet move so fast, even when they’re laying down!

I’m visiting from Wordless/Wordful Wednesday. πŸ™‚ It would be awesome if you visited us as well!

Thanks for the supportive comments Elaine!
I use the Eat Clean Diet cookbook alot for not only my meals but also hubby and Cole. It’s by Tosca Reno.
She has a book for kids and men too. For example, in an egg salad sandwich, she uses 1 yolk and 3 egg whites and cottage cheese and mustard instead of mayo.
For me, eating clean means no processed food…none. Oatmeal, egg whites, grilled chicken, LOTS of green veggies and minimal fruit (ie: 102 cups daily of apples or berries only)
    LOTS of water too.
Energy comes from eating clean, try it out and see how you feel!
