June 18, 2008 by Elaine

Here’s what you get when you try to take a picture of two little boys together for their Daddy on Father’s Day.

See some more WW at 5 Minutes for Mom.

Oh, and scroll down to my summer vacay post below for some pretty hilarious pictures of vacations past! I am entering it in Scribbit’s June “Write Away” contest just for fun!

What cutie pies, and certainly our children would not have sat still either. I didn’t even try. So huge kudos to you for even trying. 🙂

And Chet agreed to ALWAYS wear a helmet. He will be safe, and I passed on the message. 🙂 And I just explained my friend Elaine. 🙂

Two kids who wouldn’t sit nice and still for a photo op? How unusual! Yep, that looks like real life – cute and crazy! Love that B looks like he’s forcing G to look at the camera in the 1st one.

Last year we did a family shoot at an outside setting and we took so many photos. We did not get one single shot of the four kids together, they all looked like your pictures. Lots of movement.

They really do tell a story. Cutie Patooties!!

Ah, the joys of kids and photo shoots. I think I have learned not to try too hard since it never works exactly like I want. Too cute to capture the moment for WW 🙂

I know that’s just what I’m in for very soon. Sometimes I feel lucky just to get one little girl in a good picture anymore… we’ll see how I do when I have 2 of them!

The boys are just adorable though… and I’m sure those pictures give a good idea of who they are!

  37. Kacey says

    June 19, 2008 at 3:33 pm

Aah, I know exactly how that goes! One of mine can’t even crawl yet and he still manages to move all over when I’m trying to take their picture.

Hi Elaine! I had to return the blog visit, of course. And I’m nosey and scrolled down to see these pictures! What adorable boys you have!

Oh, how I know this is true!!

I took my boys to the Picture People thinking it would be easy–and I had a coupon for a free 8×10 or 10×13. Well, I left a big sweaty mess. They made me work for that free picture. The guy taking the picture didn’t pose them, didn’t try to keep their attention….nothing.
