It seems as if TECHNOLOGY kinda helps us get through our mornings around here.
Especially THIS machine. It makes my coffee and FAST. It also makes lattes, cappuccinos and hot tea. Cocoa too. I ADORE this machine.
This is what my “work station” looks like on any given day. iPhone, laptop, little boy socks (REALLY surprised there’s no toys in this picture) and an old issue of Real Simple that I was checking out for recipes…
I use this to turn on the t.v. for the toddler (see the little boy leg and blue sock in the background?). He usually watches a show or two after K goes for her nap so I can actually sit down after feeding everyone breakfast and cleaning up the kitchen and drink my probably now cold coffee and maybe tweet a little.
Also, this little boy’s choice for favorite TECHNOLOGY item is the good ole flashlight. It’s bothersome. Especially when he flashes it in my eyes. Then we say “Bye Bye flashlight!” Cue tears.
And just for fun, this is me and my pantry (in the background) reflected in the shiny knob of my new clothes dryer. I have a love/hate relationship with the TECHNOLOGY associated with cleaning clothes…
I have to say, I’m pretty curious to see what everyone else came up with for this one…

The remote shot is very cool Elaine. I kind of adore cheap flashlights because of the entertainment factor they provide to my children.

The little boy socks make me laugh so hard! My youngest boy can never keep his socks off and I find them everywhere!
I’m going to have to check out that coffee maker. I’ve been contemplating a Keurig.

2 boys and a little girl…Perfect! Aren’t 2 boys fun! I have loved it and it gets better every day as they are able to play more. But I do hope to have a little girl someday too!
I like the sideways view of the remote. We have the front loaders, too.
But I’m a holdout for smartphones. Boo to me, i know. 🙂
