Park Date

March 2, 2011 by Elaine

“Baby” K (that name isn’t going to work much longer, is it?) turned 17 months old yesterday. We “celebrated” with a little trip to the park with our friends.  And snacks. And well, you know, Mardi Gras beads had to come along too…

K has definitely entered the “language explosion” phase and pretty much every word we emphasize and try to get her to say, she will at least attempt. She’s even started to copy her brothers and try to repeat what they are saying. Even through that doggone pacifier! She was “telling” everyone where to go and what to do on the play-scape, it was pretty funny!

It was a beautiful day to be 17 months old.  Or almost 36 years old for that matter….

Well I figure if I can call a six year old Baby Girl that you can call her Baby K for as long as you want.
