The kids did a gingerbread house with their grandmother while Tim and I were out of town. I kinda missed doing it with them but she also gave them complete free reign (which I am not very good at. ahem.). Anyway, I think it still turned out pretty well. We’ll just call it abstract, k?

That’s adorable! And I’m sure a memory they will cherish. We’ve done gingerbread houses before, but honestly the frosting always kick my butt, lol.
That is so cute! We all make our own little houses, that way I can let go of my control issues and let them have free reign.
I went to my son’s school and I was the parent volunteer (along with lots of other parents!) and we made a gingerbread house together. It was perfect, really, and it was a lot of fun. Usually our gingerbread houses end up being disasters!
