Best Shot Monday – My Little Artiste

July 14, 2008 by Elaine

I never can resist the Dollar Spot at Target. By the time I weave through the 2 aisles I have usually added another $5 or so to my Target tab. They really know how to get you, don’t they?

One day I bought The B Man some “crafty” things from there, including foam letters, pipe cleaners, pom poms and a water color paint set – for a $1. I am sure you can imagine how great those paints were (or were NOT). Anyway, he loved them so much that I thought I would go ahead and by him the real thing, the Crayola water color set that every kid in America (or any country for that matter) should certainly have. Since then he’s been a paintin’ fool AND… I have pictures to prove it!

I think the second one is my best shot. I just love the look of concentration on his face.

So, anyone need some art for their refigerator? Oh I know, I know… you all have tons of our own too.

Have a great Monday everyone and mosey on over to Mother May I for more best shots!

The dollar section at Target gets me every time too. I’m always thinking “I’m just going to look quickly” and next thing I know I’ve added 5 or 6 things to my cart.
