You Capture – Summertime

To me, summertime means going to special places and doing extra special things.

Like hanging out at LegoLand, for instance.

The boys and I had a fabulous time with our friends (K hung out with Tim’s mom while we went), even though we had to wait a bit to get in (God bless the genius who thought to put big ole bins of Legos by the waiting line!)

The wait was worth if for sure, if nothing else, just to see the smiles on their faces throughout the afternoon…

  1. What a cool place! I love the next-to-last pic with the face squishing out of the legos. LOL

  2. I didn’t realize we had a lego land that close. Is it just like a store or is there actual stuff for them to do?

  3. LegoLand – awesome. Can’t wait until our daughter it just a tad bit older so we adults finally have a good excuse to visit 😉

    Fun shots!

  4. my kids LOVE that place!

  5. I had no idea such a place existed… but I admit, I would totally go and pose with Lego people!

  6. whoa, that looks like loads of fun! great shots!

  7. Looks like fun! I’ve never been to Legoland even though we don’t live too far from it since we only have a daughter, she’s not too interested.

  8. I love those kind of day trips. Sometimes they are even more special than a big vacation.

    cute pics!

  9. LegoLand! I think my husband and I would love it as much as the kids!

  10. Legoland looks so awesome thanks in part to your wonderful pictures. I guess my favorites are the ones with your very handsome boys in them but overall I love that you captured so much color and so many aspects of the place. Great post!

  11. There is a LegoLand in Chicago and I want to take my kids this summer.

    Good times.

  12. That is so freaking cool! What a blast! My boys would definitely freak out.
You got some great shots there! Good job! :)

  13. Looks like a blast! Those lego sculptures are amazing.

  14. Wow! It is amazing what you can do with Legos! Hopefully they glue all of that stuff together. Imagine if it got knocked over? lol
