Just yesterday, in a flu-induced moment of insanity, I prayed about whether or not my "fitness health" was that important in respect to all that I need to do...on whether I should focus that way.

And then today, still in fever weakened delirium, I find this post...and too weak to fight the urge, I visited the site...and now I think I have my answer.

All I can say is:

You are my hero for making your weight public! You can do this, and you will feel amazing as you make the changes you need to make. I obviously will not be joining, but I know I need to stay active (meaning go to the gym more than once a week!) and I just love following people on their fitness journeys. You can do this!

Are you still nursing? Because if you are, don't go overboard. But I know you'll do what is right for you and Baby K. :)
